Managing your operations policies is very easy.

To begin using CU PolicyPro, a benefit of membership with the LSCU & Affiliates, credit unions need to register. Once the registration is approved, a unique manual will be created for each credit union.

The first person to register from a credit union will be designated as the primary administrator (PA). After the PolicyPro manual has been set up, the PA will receive an email with a login and password. The PA can then add as many staff/volunteers as necessary. Setting up a PolicyPro manual usually takes two to three days.

The email will also contain instructions and resources to allow immediate use of the PolicyPro manual. If you have any questions about PolicyPro, contact LSCU VP, Compliance Training & Information Bill Berg at 866.231.0545, ext. 1028.
